1997: Toyo Tanso Europe S.p.A. 　; Toyo Tanso acquires the company. Toyo Tanso Europe mission is set to produce and sell carbon brush systems in Europe, as well as all Toyo Tanso products in Italy.;

1990: Expansion into the Roncello site　; The company moves to a larger site in Roncello, in the area at North-East of Milan, in order to meet with the increased production demand.;
